Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The artificial silk sakura tree is a large-format faux cherry blossom carrying white flowers across a broad canopy. Sizes run from 4 m to 6 m, which places it in atrium, banquet hall and ceremony territory rather than domestic rooms.

How tall is it, really?

Five sizes from 13 ft (4 m) to 20 ft (6 m). Even the smallest needs a double-height space - a 4 m tree in a 3 m room cannot be installed without cutting the canopy, which we do not recommend. Confirm your clear ceiling height before ordering.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

That is what this size range exists for. Trees at 4 m and above go into hotel atria, shopping centre voids, banquet halls and permanent ceremony sets, where the alternative is a live specimen that will not survive without a skylight.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

It ships in sections with the branches folded in, and it needs shaping. Budget real time for it: opening out and balancing a canopy at this scale is a two-person job, and the difference between a rushed install and a shaped one is very visible from the floor.
