Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Eight feet (2.44 m) is the practical blossom-tree height: tall enough to be the focal point of a room, short enough to fit under a normal ceiling and through a normal door. This artificial plum blossom tree pairs a natural wood trunk with massed fabric blossom.

Will it fit under a standard ceiling?

Yes, and that is why this size sells. At 2.44 m it clears a 2.7 m residential ceiling with headroom, which the 4 m and 5 m blossom trees in this range do not. If you are furnishing a house rather than an atrium, start here.

Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, no pruning and no petal fall. The bloom is permanent, so a venue is not scheduling around a two-week flowering window or replacing the tree when the season ends. Dust the upper branches occasionally.

Can this go outside?

It is made for indoor use. If you need it outdoors, ask us and we will quote an outdoor UV-rated version.
