Product Description
Nineteen individual styles sit under this one listing, which is the point of it: an artificial pine bonsai chosen by shape rather than by size. Eight Beauty Pine forms, eight cypress forms, two Luo Han Song forms and one special edition, each built on a natural wood trunk.
Which style should I pick?
Work from the setting. The Beauty Pine forms are the classic windswept, asymmetric bonsai silhouettes and suit a space with room around them. The cypress forms are tighter and more upright, which works better on a crowded shelf or a narrow console. Luo Han Song is the denser, rounder-leaved option.
What is the trunk made of?
Natural wood, on every style. Bonsai is the hardest thing to fake convincingly precisely because the trunk is the whole subject - a real timber trunk with genuine irregularity does most of the work that no moulding can.
Does it need any maintenance?
None. A living bonsai is a daily commitment: watering, wiring, pinching, repotting on a cycle. This asks for occasional dusting and nothing else, which is why it turns up in hotels, restaurants and offices where nobody has been given plant duty.
Can this go outside?
Indoor and outdoor placement are both listed. Given the natural wood trunk, a covered outdoor position will keep it looking better for longer than full exposure.
