Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Nine heights from 3.9 ft (1.2 m) to 11.5 ft (3.5 m), in single-trunk and double-trunk forms, make this the most flexible artificial palm in the range. It is a commercial interior styling tree for hospitality, offices, retail displays and event installs.

Single trunk or double trunk?

Single for a punctuation mark - a corner, a lift lobby, the end of a bar. Double for mass, because two trunks at the same height read as a group and fill a wide gap that one tree would leave looking sparse. Doubles also screen better if you need to break a sightline.

How tall is it, really?

Nine steps: 1.2 m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m, 1.9 m, 2.2 m, 2.5 m, 2.8 m, 3.0 m and 3.5 m. That granularity is genuinely useful on a multi-room project where each space has a different ceiling and the palms need to look like one family.

Where does this work best?

Schemes that need repetition. Because the sizes step in small increments, you can run the same palm through a lobby, a lounge and a corridor at three different heights and the scheme reads as intentional rather than as three separate purchases.

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
