Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Two forms of the same artificial olive tree: a single trunk and a low double fork, each at 7.22 ft (2.2 m) or 8.6 ft (2.6 m). The forked version splits near the base and spreads wider, which is what you want flanking an entrance, while the single tree fits a narrow lobby alcove.

What is the trunk made of?

Moulded plastic with a textured, bark-like finish. It is light enough for two people to reposition, which matters in a restaurant or event space where the layout changes.

How wide does it spread?

The double-forked build is noticeably wider than the single at the same height, because the two leaders open outward from low down.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes. Beyond the two stock heights, we also produce 6 ft (1.83 m), 7 ft (2.13 m) and 9 ft (2.74 m) versions to order.

Can this go outside?

It is rated for indoor and outdoor placement. Olive foliage is small and silvery and hides dust well, so an exterior terrace is a reasonable home for it.

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
