Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The Artificial Olive Tree Mediterranean Style arrives with its own floor planter and carries faux olives among the leaves, built from plastic, PVC and fabric florals. Three heights are offered, from 2 m up to 2.6 m. It suits living rooms, hospitality interiors, studios and covered patios.

What kind of pot does it come in?

A floor planter is included with this model, which is unusual at this size and is the main reason to choose it over a bare-stem olive. The tree stands and looks finished the moment it is unpacked, with no separate planter to source, price and colour-match against the rest of the room.

Will it look real up close?

The fruit is what sells it. Most artificial olives are sold as foliage only, and a living olive is instantly recognisable by the small dark drupes sitting among grey-green leaves - putting them back is a small detail doing a disproportionate amount of work. Handle a leaf and you will still know. From two metres away you will not.

How tall is it, really?

Three options: 2 m (6.7 ft), 2.4 m (7.1 ft) and 2.6 m (8.6 ft). The 2 m version is the one that fits a standard domestic room without dominating it; 2.6 m wants a taller ceiling, a stairwell or a commercial space to sit in properly.
