Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Model C394 is an artificial olive tree at 7.87 ft (2.4 m) built around a Y-shaped trunk that splits at chest height. The fork gives it a wider, more sculptural silhouette than a single leader, which is why it works as a standalone piece rather than a background plant.

What is the trunk made of?

High-quality moulded plastic, shaped into the Y-split and textured to read as olive bark. It keeps the weight low enough that one person can reposition it, which is useful in a restaurant that reconfigures.

How tall is it, really?

2.4 m, or 7.87 ft, in one fixed size. It fits under a standard ceiling with clearance, and the fork sits low enough to be seen rather than hidden behind furniture.

Can this go outside?
