Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A 13.12 ft (4 m) artificial olive tree with integrated LED lighting, built on a fiberglass trunk with plastic branches and a canopy spreading roughly 3.5 m. The lighting is the point of difference: it is specified for hotels, restaurants and shopping centres that need the tree to work after dark.

Does it come with lights fitted?

Yes - LED lights are built into the branch structure rather than wrapped on afterwards, so the wiring sits inside the canopy instead of showing as loops around the outside. You will need a power source within reach of the base, which is worth confirming before the tree is positioned.

How wide does it spread?

About 3.5 m across against 4 m of height, so it is nearly as wide as it is tall. Plan the floor plate accordingly - this is not a corner tree. It works over a seating cluster or in the middle of a circulation space where people pass beneath it.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

It is built for it, and the lighting integration is a commercial feature rather than a domestic one. Have your electrician confirm the supply and the fixing method before install day, and agree who is responsible for the final connection - that is the detail that most often delays a lit tree on site.
