Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

An artificial olive tree at 15.75 ft (4.8 m), supplied in a white planter with artificial ferns dressed at the base, on a fiberglass trunk with detailed plastic leaves. Being sold finished in its own planter is the difference here - most trees at this height arrive in a bare nursery base for you to solve.

What kind of pot does it come in?

A white planter, with ferns planted around the base of the trunk to cover the join. That means it can be positioned and left, with no separate planter to source, fill or colour-match - which is the usual hidden cost when specifying a large faux tree.

How tall is it, really?

15.75 ft (4.8 m) including the planter. That is close to five metres, so this belongs in an atrium, a double-height lobby or a stairwell void. Check your delivery route as well as your ceiling: a tree of this height rarely goes round a standard corner assembled.
