Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Can I get it in a custom height?

You pick from ten stocked heights rather than ordering a made-to-measure size. They step up in 20 to 30 cm increments between 0.8 m and 3 m, which covers most ceiling heights without anyone cutting a trunk down.

Can this go outside?

Yes, on a covered patio or a sheltered balcony. It is listed for indoor and outdoor placement, though a wood trunk left in standing rain and hard frost season after season will weather faster than one under a roof.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

Branches are folded against the trunk for transit and open out by hand. Work outward from the trunk, spreading each branch and then fanning the leaf sprays until the silhouette looks uneven - a real olive is never symmetrical, and neither should this be.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?
