Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The Artificial Lemon Tree with Fruits is a fruiting faux lemon on a fibreglass trunk, with plastic branches and leaves, standing 6.7 ft (2 m). It brings citrus colour to entryways, patios, hotel lobbies, dining rooms and retail displays, indoors or outdoors.

Will it look real up close?

The lemons are the test, and they hold up better than you might expect - a moulded lemon carries the right dimpled skin texture, and citrus is a shape people recognise instantly even when the leaves are only approximate. Where it gives itself away is uniformity: every lemon is the same size and the same yellow, which no real tree manages.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is specified for indoor and outdoor styling. A fibreglass trunk is genuinely weatherproof and the plastic foliage sheds rain. A doorway or a terrace under an overhang gives you the best of both - outdoor placement without the full exposure that shortens the life of any artificial foliage.

How tall is it, really?

6.7 ft, which is 2 m, in one size. That is deliberately domestic scale: tall enough to stand on the floor beside a doorway or a reception desk, short enough to work under a standard ceiling and to be paired symmetrically either side of an entrance without the two crowding each other.
