Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Jacaranda is the tree that turns whole streets purple for a few weeks a year, and this artificial version holds that colour permanently at 16.5 ft (5 m) on a stainless steel structure. It is a wedding and event tree first, and a lobby statement piece second.

How tall is it, really?

16.5 ft (5 m) in the size stocked. That is a serious installation - it needs a venue with real ceiling height, a route in, and a crew. It is not a tree that gets carried in by two people on the morning of the event.

What is the structure made of?

Stainless steel. On a 5 m flowering tree that matters more than it would on a small one: the frame carries the whole canopy load, and stainless will not stain a pale venue floor the way carbon steel can if it gets damp.

Where does this work best?

Directly above something. A 5 m purple canopy is wasted against a wall - put it over an aisle, a bar, or a dance floor so guests are underneath the blossom rather than beside it. That is the shot people actually want.
