Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The artificial hanging pine is a suspended faux pine in the Yingke style, built on a solid wood structure so the sculpted branches hold their sweep. Heights run 1.2 m to 3.5 m, and because it hangs rather than stands, it turns dead ceiling space into a feature.

Where does this work best?

Above head height, where nothing else can go. Tea rooms, restaurant voids, hotel stairwells and retail atria are the usual settings, because a hanging pine draws the eye upward without taking a square metre of floor.

What is the trunk made of?

Solid wood, which is unusual at this price and is what gives the piece its weight and its convincing bark. It also means the fixing point above it has to be rated for a real load - this is not a lightweight prop.

How tall is it, really?

Ten sizes from 3.9 ft (1.2 m) to 11.5 ft (3.5 m), measured along the branch structure. Suspended pieces read larger than their measurement because they are seen against open air rather than against a wall.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?
