Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

At 40 x 40 in (1.0 x 1.0 m), this artificial grass wall panel is a full square metre of dense green foliage per tile. It is aimed at office and workplace interiors - the biophilic feature wall behind a reception desk, or a break-out zone divider that needs to look intentional rather than improvised.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

It is designed for one. The large format keeps seam count down on long office runs, and the plastic foliage gives consistent coverage across a delivery, which matters when a wall is installed in phases over a fit-out programme.

Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, no light, no trimming - which is the whole argument for it over a living wall. In an office the only real task is dust: a soft brush or a vacuum brush head once or twice a year. A living green wall of the same size needs irrigation, drainage and a maintenance contract.

Where does this work best?

Interiors with no daylight, which is where offices most want plants and least can keep them. Basement meeting rooms, internal corridors and lift lobbies are the classic cases.
