Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Here the trunk is fiberglass hand-finished to read as bark, under a ginkgo canopy listed at 8 ft (2.5 m) and available up to 11.5 ft (3.5 m). Unusually, the foliage comes in more than ten colours, so the tree can be matched to a scheme instead of to a season.

What colours can I get?

More than ten, including white, pink and blue alongside the natural greens and yellows. Designers tend to use the white in pale monochrome interiors where a green tree would fight the palette.

What is the trunk made of?

Fiberglass, hand-finished after moulding to give it bark texture and tonal variation. It is lighter than a real wood trunk and easier to move through a finished building.

Will it look real up close?

At two or three paces it passes easily. Right up against it, a hand-finished fiberglass trunk still looks like a very good paint job rather than bark, and the coloured foliage options are decorative by design rather than botanical.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes. Sizes are made to order between 8 and 11.5 ft, and the canopy shape can be specified as well as the height.
