Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Golden fan-shaped silk leaves on a fiberglass core make this artificial ginkgo tree a light-catcher rather than a green filler. The listed size is 13 ft (4 m), tall enough to read from across a hotel lobby, and six smaller heights plus custom builds are available from the same range.

What holds it up?

A fiberglass trunk on a steel base plate. The plate is what lets a 4 m tree stand without being bolted into a slab or sunk into a planter, and it is why this model is practical for a venue that reconfigures its floor.

Can I get it in a smaller size?

Yes. Alongside the 13 ft (4 m) listing, this tree is produced at 120 cm (3.9 ft), 160 cm (5.3 ft), 180 cm (5.9 ft), 210 cm (6.9 ft) and 300 cm (9.8 ft), and custom heights are quoted. The 180 cm build is the one most often used as a room-scale accent.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

The leaves are UV and water resistant, which is designed to hold the gold under bright interior light and covered outdoor conditions. A saturated yellow will always be more exposed to fading than a green, so a position out of unfiltered direct sun will keep it truer for longer.
