Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The blooms are produced in pink, red, white, green and purple. The variant listed here is the green build. Because the flower colour is the whole visual event on a cocoa tree, decide that before the height.

In a durable wood frame, which is a heavier and more protective crate than most artificial trees ship in. Allow space and a second pair of hands to unpack a 2.5 m tree rather than trying to lift it out of the frame alone.

Can this go outside?

This one is an indoor display piece, so keep it inside a building envelope.
