Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

This is the custom-size cherry blossom: silk flowers on a fiberglass trunk, stocked at 5.9 ft (1.8 m) and 6.5 ft (2 m) but built to order anywhere from 0.8 m up to 10 m. The range is the product, so specify the height rather than choosing the nearest one.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Anything between 0.8 m and 10 m. That covers a table centrepiece at the small end and a full atrium tree at the large end, with colours customisable alongside the size.

What is the trunk made of?

Fiberglass. At the taller end of the range that is not optional: a 10 m blossom tree needs a rigid moulded core, and fiberglass is what makes the upper sizes structurally possible.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

Yes, and the size range points that way. Hotels, weddings and large event builds are the usual buyers, since a domestic room rarely needs anything past the two stock heights.
