Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes, that is the point of this model. The 6 m build is the reference size, and the tree is made to whatever finished height and proportion the installation calls for.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

As a sectional structure assembled on site. Because each build is bespoke, confirm the section sizes against your access route before delivery rather than after.

Where does this work best?

Restaurants, shopping malls and event spaces, indoors or outdoors. At six metres it functions as an architectural feature, so it is usually placed against a void or a full-height window.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?
