Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

A 10 ft (3 m) artificial cherry blossom tree with a fiberglass trunk, available in pink or white bloom. Three metres is the working height for wedding venues, hotel receptions and restaurant rooms that want a flowering tree at every event rather than for two weeks in April.

What colours does it come in?

Two: pink and white. Pink is the traditional sakura read and photographs warm; white goes cooler and sits more quietly against a dark interior. Both are the same tree - only the blossom differs, so a matched pair in one colour reads as a deliberate pair.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes. The listed size is 10 ft (3 m), and the build can be specified taller - up to 10 m - for atrium and venue work. Custom heights are made to order, so allow lead time rather than treating it as a stock item.

What is the trunk made of?

Fiberglass, cast and finished to a cherry bark texture, with a real wood trunk available as an alternative. Fiberglass is the lighter and more repeatable of the two, which is why event companies moving a tree between venues tend to choose it.
