Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Silk flowers with a flocked finish build the canopy on this artificial blossom tree, offered in matched height and width pairs from 1.8 m x 1.8 m up to 3.0 m x 3.0 m. It is a large-scale floral feature for hotel lobbies, retail atriums, reception areas and event installations.

How wide does it spread?

Anywhere from 1.5 m to 3.0 m across, chosen independently of height. A 3.0 m tall tree at 2.0 m wide is a column of blossom for a narrow void; the same height at 3.0 m wide is a canopy you can put seating under. They are very different objects.

What shapes are available?

Round or extended. Round suits a floor centre where the tree is walked around; extended suits a wall or a corner where one side will never be seen and the canopy should reach out into the room instead.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

Yes, with one caveat worth planning for: silk petals are the most delicate element in any artificial tree. In a lobby that is fine. Directly beside a revolving door or a service route where trolleys pass, specify something more robust.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?
