Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Product Description

Four metres of artificial banyan, or roughly 13 ft, in a single fixed size. At this scale the canopy works overhead rather than at eye level, which is the effect hotels are after when they put a tree in the middle of a lobby floor.

How tall is it, really?

4 m, about 13 ft, in one size only. There is no smaller option, so it needs a genuinely tall room; a standard nine-foot ceiling will not take it.

Where does this work best?

Hotel lobbies, upscale restaurants and large residential atria. Because the foliage sits high, it works well over a seating group where a shorter tree would simply be in the way.

What is the trunk made of?

Durable moulded plastic with a lifelike bark texture. It is lighter than fiberglass or wood at this height, which makes installation on an upper floor considerably easier.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is rated for indoor and outdoor use. Outdoors at 4 m the base needs proper fixing, not just weight.
