Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

An 8 ft white cherry blossom tree with lighting fitted, this faux sakura is built on a fibreglass trunk and stands 2.5 m. It is an event and hospitality piece - lobbies, patios, retail displays, wedding backdrops - for places where the blossom has to read after dark as well as in daylight.

Does it come with lights fitted?

Yes. This is the lighted version of the tree, with LED lighting supplied on it rather than sold as an add-on. That is what makes it work at an evening reception: an unlit blossom tree simply disappears at dusk, and string lights wrapped round one afterwards never sit evenly.

How tall is it, really?

Approximately 8 ft, or 2.5 m, in one size. That is about the largest blossom tree that still clears a standard commercial ceiling, which is why 2.5 m is such a common size for event work - it travels, it fits most venues, and it does not need an atrium to look right.

Can this go outside?

It is built for indoor or outdoor placement, and a patio or courtyard is where the lighting earns its keep. Two practical points: you need a power source within reach of the base, and any outdoor electrical run should be on a protected circuit and signed off by whoever manages the venue.
