Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Three metres tall and three metres wide, this red Chinese maple is as broad as it is high - which is what makes it read as a canopy rather than a column. Custom sizes and colours are available; red and green are the standard finishes.

How wide does it spread?

3 m, matching its height. Plan for a 3 m circle of clear floor rather than a 3 m line - a square-proportioned tree takes far more out of an event space than the height figure alone suggests.

How long will it last?

Five to eight years outdoors, and longer under cover. That figure is given for outdoor exposure specifically, so an indoor tree at the same age should still be comfortably within its working life.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes, and a custom colour as well. Red and green are stocked, other colours are made to order, and the minimum order is a single piece - so a one-off for one event is a normal request here, not an exception.
