Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Can I get it in a custom colour?

Yes. Customisable colour options are available on this panel, so a wall can be matched to a brand palette rather than defaulted to a stock green. Custom colour means a production run, so allow lead time and confirm the shade against a physical sample, not a screen.

How many panels do I need per square metre?

One. For a corridor, measure the run length and the height you want the green to reach; a 12 m corridor greened to 2 m is 24 panels per side.

Where does this work best?

Long sightlines. A green wall that runs the length of a corridor reads far better than a square patch of one, because the eye never gets a chance to sit on the repeating pattern.
