Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

How tall is it, really?

3.5 m, with no smaller option. Most marquees and function rooms will take it and a domestic ceiling will not, so this is a venue tree rather than one that goes home with the couple afterwards.

Where does this work best?

Behind a top table, at the head of an aisle, or flanking an entrance as a pair. Blossom trees work in even numbers at events - a single one looks placed, two look designed.

Can this go outside?

Home and garden decoration are both named uses, so yes. For an outdoor ceremony the practical issue is not weather but stability: a 3.5 m tree standing on grass needs its base weighted or pinned before guests arrive.
