Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

How tall is it, really?

The range spans 11.5 ft (3.5 m) to 41 ft (12.5 m) in eight steps. The 3.5 m and 4.5 m sizes fit a mall court; 8.5 m and up belong on open civic ground, and at 12.5 m you are specifying a crane, a permit and a traffic plan alongside the tree.

What colours can I get?

Red, green, white or yellow. Running one colour across a portfolio of sites is what keeps a multi-site programme looking deliberate rather than assembled from whatever was in stock.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

The steel frame is foldable, which matters more than it sounds. A 12 m tree that folds ships in fewer pallets, moves through a loading bay, and stores in a fraction of the space of a fixed frame for the rest of the year.
