Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Wisteria hangs rather than spreads - the flower racemes fall in long purple chains, and that vertical drop is the whole effect. This artificial version is made with silk petals. No height is published, so ask us before planning a ceiling drop around it.

Can I get it in a custom height?

No dimensions are published for this piece. Send us the drop you need and we will confirm what is possible rather than guess here. Weddings and events are where this tree earns its place, and both are contexts in which a wrong dimension is expensive.

Where does this work best?

Above people. Wisteria is a canopy flower, so it works over a ceremony aisle, a dining table or an entrance where the racemes hang into the sightline. Stood on the floor against a wall, the one defining feature is wasted, which is why stylists usually suspend or elevate it.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

Purple is among the least stable dyes in silk, and this is a silk-petal tree. For an indoor event that is irrelevant; for anything standing outdoors across a summer, expect the colour to soften noticeably.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?
