Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

An RGB colour-changing artificial Christmas tree with music sync and remote control, built on a standing metal frame in sizes from 9.8 ft (3 m) to 26.2 ft (8 m). The remote is the practical part: staff can change the scene during trading hours without a laptop or a lighting technician.

How do I control it day to day?

By remote handset. Scene changes, colour selection and brightness are all handled from ground level, which suits a site where the tree is switched between a quiet daytime setting and a fuller evening one. Music sync coordinates the lighting to event audio for openings and scheduled programmes.

What does RGB give me over a fixed-colour tree?

One tree, many looks. RGB mixing means the same structure can run red and green in December, corporate colours for a private event, and a single flat colour for a photo shoot - without rebuying or redressing anything.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is designed for outdoor commercial installation on shopping centres, town squares, main streets and parking forecourts. It runs on mains power via a plug-in system; batteries are not part of it.
