Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

A large outdoor artificial palm built on a stainless steel structure, this faux palm is offered with a curved or straight trunk in heights from 3 m to 5 m. It is intended for poolsides, courtyards, hotel entrances and commercial landscapes where a real palm cannot be kept alive.

Can this go outside?

Yes - this one is built for it. The stainless steel structure and waterproof construction are the reason it is listed as an outdoor palm rather than an indoor tree, which is not true of most artificial trees in this category.

What is the trunk made of?

A stainless steel internal structure carries the trunk and crown. Stainless is specified over mild steel here because an outdoor tree beside a pool sits in chlorinated, humid air, and that is where ordinary steel fails first.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Five heights are listed, from 10 ft (3 m) to 16.5 ft (5 m), and the trunk shape is selectable as curved or straight. Curved suits poolside and resort settings; straight suits formal entrances and paired plantings either side of a door.
