Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The Large Artificial Pine Welcome Tree is a sculpted black pine in the New Chinese style, with flocked silk needles layered onto shaped branches. Heights run from 4.9 ft to 11.5 ft. It is a floor-standing entrance piece for showrooms, restaurants, reception halls and formal residential entryways.

How tall is it, really?

Eight heights are listed, from 1.5 m (4.9 ft) to 3.5 m (11.5 ft), in steps of roughly 0.2 to 0.3 m. Measure the ceiling first and subtract a clear margin: a welcome pine that touches the soffit loses the empty space above the crown that gives the silhouette its shape.

Yes. Custom sizing is offered on this model beyond the eight standard heights, which matters when you are matching one specific atrium or building a run of identical trees down a corridor. Send us the ceiling height and the planter you intend to use before ordering.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

Expect to spend real time opening it out. The branches on a welcome pine are positioned to create the leaning, asymmetric profile the style depends on, and that shaping is done by hand once the tree is standing. Work slowly and step back from it often.
