Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The Large Artificial Cherry Blossom Tree is a full-canopy faux sakura built on a fibreglass trunk, sold in three sizes from 8.2 x 8.2 ft up to 13 x 15 ft. It is a statement piece for hotel lobbies, mall concourses, wedding venues and photo backdrops, indoors or outdoors.

What is the trunk made of?

Fibreglass, moulded and finished with bark texture. Fibreglass is what makes the larger sizes possible at all: it carries a wide canopy without the weight of a timber trunk, and it does not split or check when a building swings between dry winter heating and summer humidity.

How wide does it spread?

As wide as it is tall, or wider. The three sizes are 8.2 ft tall by 8.2 ft across (2.5 x 2.5 m), 10 ft by 11.6 ft (3 x 3.5 m), and 13 ft by 15 ft (4 x 4.5 m). Measure the floor before you measure the ceiling on this one.

Can this go outside?

Yes, it is specified for indoor and outdoor decor. Outdoors it needs securing against wind, because a 15 ft canopy catches a great deal of it. A courtyard or a sheltered forecourt will keep the blossom looking right for far longer than a fully exposed frontage will.
