Shipping & Delivery

Freight for oversized pieces. Tall trees and multi-unit orders ship by freight and we will arrange a delivery window with you.

Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

A made-to-order artificial olive tree offered in four trunk builds - multi-trunk, H-style, real wood and fiberglass - across heights from 6.5 ft to 10.5 ft (2.0 m to 3.2 m). It is specified for commercial interiors: mall atria, hotel lobbies, restaurants and covered patios.

What is the trunk made of?

That is the choice you are making with this piece. The fiberglass trunks are moulded and reinforced internally; the real-wood options use an actual timber trunk with the canopy built onto it. Real wood costs more and reads better at close range, so it is worth it where guests stand next to the tree.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

Yes, and that is the intended use. High-traffic malls, restaurant floors and lobby entrances are the listed applications, and because heights run in steps from 2.0 m to 3.2 m you can match a run of trees to a soffit line rather than eyeballing it.

Can this go outside?

Covered outdoor areas only - a sheltered patio, a colonnade, a porte-cochere. It is not rated here for full exposure, so treat overhead cover as a requirement rather than a nicety.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
