Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The artificial wisteria flower tree is a 4.5 m floor-standing faux wisteria with cascading flower trails hanging from a spreading canopy. At 15 ft it is built for shopping centre atria, hotel lobbies, photo studios and event backdrops where the drape of the blooms is the whole effect.

How tall is it, really?

15 ft, which is 4.5 m. This is a single-size product, so there is no smaller version - if your ceiling is under five metres including the base, this tree will not sit correctly and you should look at a shorter blossom tree instead.

Where does this work best?

Under height, viewed from below. Wisteria trails do their work when people walk beneath them, which is why it works in mall voids, staircase wells and event aisles rather than pushed against a wall in a low room.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

It arrives with the flower trails compressed for transit and needs to be opened out strand by strand. This is the slowest part of the install and also the part that decides how good it looks, since matted trails are the most obvious sign of a rushed setup.
