Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

What is the trunk made of?

Fiberglass, moulded into the gnarled, leaning profile a trained bonsai develops over decades. That shape is the reason to pick this one; on a straight trunk the same blossom would read as a generic feature tree.

Can this go outside?

Yes, and it is listed for outdoor use specifically. Fiberglass handles weather better than timber, so garden installations, marquee entrances and courtyard placements all suit it.

What colours can I get?

White or pink, both at 2.3 m. White is the more common wedding choice because it photographs cleanly against greenery and against dark evening backdrops alike.
