Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

The artificial scenic tree model is a 240 cm faux tree supplied in six interchangeable foliage styles, from cherry blossom to triangular palm. Every option is the same 2.4 m height, so a venue can order several and get a consistent skyline with different colours across a room.

Will it look real up close?

At event distance, yes. This is a scenic model rather than a botanical replica, and it is honest to say so - the design goal is a convincing silhouette under lighting, which is a different problem from surviving a close inspection in daylight.

Where does this work best?

Weddings, studio sets, storefront merchandising and home staging. Because all six styles share the same 2.4 m height, stylists can swap the look of a set between bookings without re-planning the sightlines.

How tall is it, really?
