Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A sculptural artificial pineapple-head plant moulded in soft rubber, sold in three heights from 36.6 in to 70 in (93 cm to 180 cm) and two leaf finishes. It is a display piece first - window schemes, hotel lobbies, photography sets - where the job is a strong silhouette rather than a convincing houseplant.

How tall is it, really?

Three sizes: 36.6 in (93 cm), 47 in (120 cm) and 70 in (180 cm). The 93 cm reads as a table or plinth piece, the 180 cm stands on the floor at roughly shoulder height, and the 120 cm is the awkward middle that works best on a low riser.

Will it look real up close?

It is a stylised form, not a botanical copy, and it is better for it. Soft rubber holds a crisp leaf edge and takes handling on a set without creasing, which is what a photography prop actually needs - a hyper-real finish would look worse under studio light.

Is it safe around children and pets?

There are no spines. Unlike the live cactus this shape borrows from, the sculpted leaves are soft rubber with no sharp tips, so it can sit in a family room or a nursery-adjacent retail space without the usual caution.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?

Foliage is compressed for transit, which is expected, not damage. Starting from the lowest branches and working up, bend each branch outward and fan the foliage until the canopy fills evenly. Large trees take ten to fifteen minutes and it is worth the time.
