Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A 10 ft (3 m) artificial pine tree with natural-touch needle foliage on a wood-textured trunk. Three metres is display height rather than domestic height, which is why it is specified for hotel entrances, event builds and interiors with a void to fill above head level.

Will it look real up close?

Natural-touch foliage is the difference here - the needles have a soft, slightly rubbery feel rather than the hard shine of pressed plastic, and that is what your eye reads at two or three metres. Closer than that, the uniform needle spacing shows. Pines are honest that way; the silhouette does the work, not the detail.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes. The listed configuration is 10 ft (3 m) and the tree is built with custom sizing available, so a specific ceiling drop can be matched. Made-to-size builds carry a lead time, so raise it at enquiry rather than after you order.

Where does this work best?

Entryways, dining rooms and the corner of a large open-plan interior, indoors or in a covered outdoor area. A pine has a strong vertical silhouette, so it holds a tall narrow space - a stairwell return, a lobby column bay - better than a spreading tree would.
