Product Description
At roughly 2.5 ft (0.76 m) this artificial pine bonsai sits between a desk ornament and a floor tree - the size that works on a sideboard, a hotel landing, a wide windowsill or a restaurant service station. Thirteen styles are offered, all on a natural wood trunk.
How tall is it, really?
About 2.5 feet, or 0.76 metres. That is roughly twice the height of the desktop welcome pine bonsai in this range and less than half the height of the smallest floor tree, so it fills the gap that most rooms actually have rather than the gap people assume they have.
What is the trunk made of?
Natural wood. At this scale the trunk is a large proportion of what you see, so the difference between real timber and a moulded imitation is far more visible than it would be on a 4 m tree where the canopy dominates.
Does it need any maintenance?
No watering, no pruning, no light. That is the practical case for it in a hotel or a short-let property: the piece looks the same after three weeks of nobody being in the building as it did the day it was placed.
