Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A shaped artificial magnolia in water-resistant plastic, offered in rose or green at 5.9 ft (1.8 m) and 7.9 ft (2.4 m). The rose version carries bloom through the canopy while the green is foliage only, which makes this the pick to use when the same silhouette has to work in two different rooms.

Rose if the tree is the event - a wedding stage, a storefront at a seasonal changeover, a reception that needs colour. Green if it has to sit quietly year-round in an office or a hotel corridor without dating the scheme.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

Lightweight enough for one person to unbox and stand, with branches folded in. Open them out working upward, then step back at three metres - the shaped magnolia form is meant to read as a rounded head, and it will look uneven until the last stems are set.

Can this go outside?

Covered outdoor positions are fine given the water-resistant build, and patios, storefronts and garden accents are all listed uses. Its low weight is the trade-off, so anchor it or plant it in a heavy container anywhere exposed.
