Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Floor-standing and softly spreading, this artificial spring flower plant comes in five heights from 1.5 m to 2.5 m (4.9 ft to 8.2 ft) on a natural wood trunk. The habit is loose rather than upright, which is exactly what makes it useful in front of a blank wall.

How tall is it, really?

Five heights: 1.5 m, 1.8 m, 2 m, 2.2 m and 2.5 m. Because the growth habit is wide, the 1.8 m size already occupies more visual space than a narrow 2 m tree would - buy on the volume you need to fill, not the number.

Where does this work best?

Against a plain wall, in a wide corner, or at either end of a hotel corridor where a formal tree would look stiff. It is designed as a floor ornament, so it needs no plinth or raised planter to read properly.

Can this go outside?

It is listed for indoor and outdoor placement. Outdoors it wants shelter from wind more than from rain - a loose, spreading canopy on a slim trunk moves a great deal in an exposed courtyard.
