Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Mangroves have a distinctive stilted root structure and a dense low canopy, and this artificial mangrove reproduces both on a moulded plastic trunk. There is no fixed height - the tree is built to size for the project, indoors or out, which is why it turns up in themed and hospitality work.

What size can I get?

It is made to your dimension rather than sold in stock heights, so the answer depends on your space and your brief. That is worth confirming before ordering, since unlike the fixed-size trees in this range there is no default build to fall back on.

Where does this work best?

Hotels, restaurants, themed interiors, event spaces and short-let properties. A mangrove is a strong choice precisely because it is unfamiliar - guests stop to look at it in a way they do not stop for another ficus, and the stilted roots give it a sculptural base that most trees lack.

Does it need any maintenance?

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?
