Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

King coconut is the orange-fruited Sri Lankan palm with a slimmer trunk than the common coconut, and this artificial version keeps that lighter profile. Fiberglass build, UV-protected fronds, heights from 8 ft (2.5 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m), specified for gardens, poolsides and entryways.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

UV protection is built into the foliage specifically to slow that. Green holds better than any other colour in artificial foliage, and this model is rated for permanent outdoor placement, so a poolside or entry position is a designed use rather than a compromise.

Can this go outside?

Yes - outdoor use is the primary specification, indoor placement secondary. The fiberglass structure handles weather, and the fronds are cut and mounted so they move slightly in a breeze rather than sitting rigid, which is most of what sells a palm from a distance.

Gardens, poolsides, entryways, hotels, restaurants and short-let properties. King coconut is the choice when a common coconut palm would look too heavy for the space - the trunk is visibly slimmer, so it suits a narrower planting bed or a paired arrangement.
