Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Green, dense and 1.6 x 1.6 ft (0.50 x 0.50 m) per tile, this artificial grass wall panel is specified for commercial spaces - entrances, patios, garden partitions and terrace activations. It is lightweight plastic, which is the property that decides whether a panel can go on a temporary structure or not.

Where does this work best?

Outdoor commercial edges: a terrace partition, a planter surround, the face of a service counter at a market stall. It also earns its place indoors on branded displays, but the outdoor use is where a light plastic panel beats a heavier one.

Is it safe around children and pets?

The panel is a moulded plastic sheet with no loose parts, and it holds no water so it does not become a mould surface. The risk worth managing is the fixing: at child height, screw or cable-tie it at close centres rather than relying on adhesive, because a tile pulled loose has sharp cut edges.

How many panels do I need per square metre?

Four. For a partition run, measure the frame and add ten percent - outdoor installs almost always need more trimming than indoor ones because the framing is rarely square.
