Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Built for exhibition work, this artificial ginkgo pairs hand-cut silk fan leaves with an iron frame and is listed at 11.5 ft (3.5 m). It is aimed at exhibition halls, wedding builds and retail installations where a tree gets assembled, struck and stored again and again.

What is the trunk made of?

An iron frame carries the whole structure. That is heavier than fiberglass but far more forgiving of repeated handling, which is the trade-off you want on a tree that travels.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

It ships as a frame with branch sections to be fitted on site. Expect to spend time fanning out the silk leaves after unpacking, since they flatten in transit and the canopy looks thin until they are opened up.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Yes. Standard builds run 1.2 to 5 m, and custom orders are quoted from 2 m up to 20 m. Custom leaf colours are also available.

Will it look real up close?

The silk leaves are individually cut and hold the ginkgo fan shape convincingly at conversational distance. Look directly at the frame joints and you will see hardware, so dress the lower trunk if visitors will stand right beside it.
