Product Description
A real-touch Ficus benjamina in UV-resistant plastic, at 4.9 ft, 5.9 ft or 6.9 ft (1.5 m, 1.8 m and 2.1 m). Benjamina carries small glossy leaves on fine weeping branches, which gives a much lighter, more open canopy than a broad-leaf ficus at the same height.
Will the colour fade in sunlight?
The foliage is UV resistant, so it holds green in a bright room or behind glass far longer than untreated leaf. Sustained direct outdoor sun is a different matter, and we would put this one in a covered position rather than an open one.
Will it look real up close?
The real-touch finish gives the small leaves a convincing surface and a little flex. The honest limitation is the branch structure: a living benjamina has thin, irregular twiggy growth that no artificial armature quite reproduces, so look at the leaf, not the joint.
Where does this work best?
In pairs beside a doorway or a reception desk, which is the classic benjamina placement. Its open canopy lets light and sightlines through, so two of them frame an entrance without closing it in the way a dense tree would.
