Benefits & Features

Realistic detailing. Hand-set, multi-tone foliage on a natural or fibreglass-reinforced trunk, built to read as real from across a room.

Low maintenance. No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. A light dusting every few months is the entire care routine.

Materials. No soil, no pollen and no sap.

Built for commercial use. Sized and specified for lobbies, restaurants, offices and event spaces.

Shipping & Delivery

Made to order. Larger trees are built after your order is confirmed, so allow the lead time set out in our Shipping policy rather than next-day dispatch.

Freight for oversized pieces. Tall trees and multi-unit orders ship by freight and we will arrange a delivery window with you.

Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

For double-height lobbies and atriums, go taller than instinct suggests, because undersized trees disappear in large volumes. Unsure? Send us your dimensions before ordering and we will tell you honestly which size fits.

Product Description

A faux dracaena built on a three-stalk cane, available in three heights from 4 ft to 6 ft. The whole tree is crafted in PE plastic, and it arrives ready to display — three canes rising from the same pot, the classic dracaena silhouette without the watering schedule.

Dracaena earns its place in rooms other plants can't manage. The upright canes and narrow arching leaves give it a clean, architectural profile that works beside a desk, in a hallway, or in the dim corner where nothing living would thrive — and this version asks for no light at all.

The three-stalk build is the detail to notice. Three canes in one pot read fuller than a single trunk, which is why the tree holds its presence even at the 4 ft height despite dracaena leaves being fairly narrow individually. All three heights share the same construction; the only variables across the range are size and price.

Which height dracaena should I buy?

Height Ceiling it suits What it does in the room
4 ft Any Corner filler beside a desk or reading chair.
5 ft 8 ft The middle option and the one most buyers should default to.
6 ft 8–9 ft The tallest of the three; reads as a small floor tree rather than a tabletop plant.

All three heights share the same three-stalk cane and PE construction — choose on the space, not the build.

Artificial dracaena, or a real one?

This tree Live dracaena
Light required None Low to moderate indirect light — dracaena tolerates dim rooms better than almost any other common houseplant.
Watering neglect Irrelevant Genuinely forgiving; missing a week or two rarely kills it.
Cost, year five Nothing further Occasional repotting; the plant itself often outlives the pot
Cane appearance Smooth and uniform, identical on day one and year five Visible leaf scars and irregular diameter as the cane ages
Maintenance A damp cloth occasionally Water roughly every two to three weeks; almost no feeding

A live dracaena is one of the more forgiving houseplants, so the case for this tree is simpler than for most species: choose it for the spot with no usable light at all, for a room you'd rather never think about watering in, or anywhere you want the look to stay exactly the same year after year.

What arrives in the box, and what do I have to do to it?

This tree comes ready to display, which makes setup faster than most floor trees. Even so, the stalks travel close together for the box, so budget a few minutes to separate the three canes and fan the leaves out to individual angles — a slightly uneven arrangement is what makes a dracaena read as real. Give the pot and canes a quick once-over as you unpack.

Common questions

What does "three-stalk" mean on this dracaena?

The tree ships with three canes rising from the same pot rather than one thick trunk. That is the classic way to build a fuller-looking dracaena without a single wide cane, and it is why the tree looks reasonably full even at 4 ft despite dracaena leaves being fairly narrow individually. All three heights share the same three-stalk build.

Can I leave this dracaena on my covered porch?

A shaded, covered porch is a reasonable spot for it. For a south-facing deck or anywhere with sustained direct summer sun, choose a UV-rated model instead — direct ultraviolet exposure is what fades artificial foliage over time, and this tree is happiest indoors or under cover.

How do I look after it?

An occasional wipe with a damp cloth is all it needs. No watering, no feeding, no rotating toward the light — the leaves keep their colour and the canes keep their shape without any of the routine a live plant asks for.

Where does it work best?

Home offices, living rooms and hallways are its natural territory. The 4 ft suits the floor beside a desk or reading chair; the 5 ft anchors a corner under a standard 8 ft ceiling; the 6 ft reads as a small floor tree for a larger room. Its narrow footprint makes it one of the easier floor plants to place in a tight layout.

Why Choose This Piece

What separates it from a generic artificial plant

Hand-set foliage

Leaves are layered by hand in varying tones, because real foliage is never one flat shade of green.

Real trunk construction

Natural wood or reinforced fibreglass trunks, depending on the tree.

Built for real conditions

UV-stabilised options are intended for sun, chlorine and salt air, conditions that are hard on living planting. UV treatment slows fading; it does not stop it.

Sized for commercial spaces

Sized and specified for hotel lobbies, restaurants, offices and event spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.

What size should I order for my space?

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm. For a standard room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well. For lobbies and atriums, go taller than instinct suggests, because undersized trees vanish in large volumes. Send us your dimensions and we will advise before you order.

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.

Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.

Why does it look flat when it arrives?

Foliage is compressed for transit, which is expected, not damage. Starting from the lowest branches and working up, bend each branch outward and fan the foliage until the canopy fills evenly. Large trees take ten to fifteen minutes and it is worth the time.
