Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

The artificial conical tree is a faux evergreen clipped to a tapered cone, offered in five heights between 1.4 m and 2.5 m. The clean geometry makes it a framing element for hotel entrances, wedding aisles and mall thresholds rather than a naturalistic plant.

How tall is it, really?

Five heights: 4.6 ft (1.4 m), 5.2 ft (1.6 m), 5.9 ft (1.8 m), 6.6 ft (2 m) and 8.2 ft (2.5 m). If you are pairing them either side of an opening, order both from the same size option - mismatched cones are immediately visible in a symmetrical setting.

Where does this work best?

Anywhere that needs an architectural line rather than a botanical one. Cones read as built form, so they hold up next to signage, glazing and stone in a way that a loose-canopied tree does not.

Does it need any maintenance?

Wipe the outer surface and reposition as needed - there is no watering, feeding or trimming. A cone shows dust more than an irregular canopy because the surface is continuous, so keep it out of high-dust circulation paths if you can.
