Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Modelled on the king palm silhouette - clean trunk, crown held high and tight - this large artificial coconut tree is made from plastic and fiberglass and offered from 8 ft (2.5 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m). Sunny corners, balconies, event floors and hotel interiors all take it.

Where does this work best?

A king palm profile carries its crown at the very top of a bare trunk, so it works where you need greenery above head height and clear floor beneath - beside a bar, alongside a walkway, in a corner that people move through rather than sit in.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

It is UV resistant, which is what makes a balcony or a sunny window position viable. Any coloured material in permanent direct sun changes eventually; on green foliage that shows as a slow softening rather than a visible shift, and it takes years rather than seasons.

Does it need any maintenance?

No watering and no repotting. The plastic and fiberglass surfaces wipe down, which is the entire care routine. Indoors, a real king palm would need bright light and humidity that most interiors cannot supply - this one has no such requirement.
