Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Seven feet (2.1 m) is the reference size named on this coconut palm, which makes it one of the few in this range that would fit a normal ceiling. Fiberglass trunk, anti-UV leaves in green and brown. Note that the size selector on this page actually starts at 8 ft (2.5 m).

What size will I actually receive?

Whatever you pick from the selector, which runs 8 ft (2.5 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m). The 7 ft (2.1 m) figure comes from the product name and is not currently one of the options - we would rather flag that than let you assume it is there. Check the size you choose against your ceiling.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

The leaves are anti-UV treated, which is what makes this model viable on an open patio rather than only under cover. The foliage is finished in green with brown tones through it, so the natural variation in a real frond canopy is built in rather than painted flat.

Can this go outside?

Outdoor use is the primary specification, with luxurious outdoor settings and vibrant patios named, and indoor placement also supported. The fiberglass trunk is unaffected by rain.
